Windy Oliver serves as the Personal Lending Shared Enablement Services leader, executive vice president, and management committee member at Wells Fargo. With a focus on personal loans and retail services, she is dedicated to establishing operating principles that integrate business excellence, risk programs, regulatory compliance, underwriting, data analytics, and operations strategy.

As the newly appointed president of the Black & African American Connection at Wells Fargo, Oliver plays a key role in fostering diversity and inclusion. Joining Wells Fargo in 2017 through the GE acquisition, she brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, marked by her significant contributions and leadership roles. Active in the Charlotte community, she serves on the boards of the Council for Children’s Rights and the Urban League of Central Carolinas.
