Vaughn Baker

Vaughn Baker is the president of Strategos International, a global firm offering security training and consulting services. His 25 years of law enforcement experience includes patrol, investigation, SWAT, and special operations. He has trained thousands in security best practices, from school and health care staff to government and military personnel. Baker created specialized intruder response curriculums for educational and religious institutions. He authored “The Church Security Handbook” and co-wrote “Active Threat-Workplace 911” with Mark Warren, Strategos’ co-founder.
