Her career spans diverse areas such as community health care, social outreach, and youth development. Currently overseeing a $3 million budget, she leads a staff of 50, providing year-round programming across 13 Georgia counties.

Under her guidance, Girls Inc. has achieved remarkable financial growth, with a 61% increase in revenues, programs, and girls served in three years. She passionately steers Girls Inc. toward fostering powerful girls in an equitable society.
