Sunny Nunan

ABOUT

Sunny Nunan, founder and CEO of the Admin Awards, drew inspiration from her mother, a career executive secretary, to establish the world’s first public recognition program for administrative professionals in 2012. Additionally, she co-founded Beacon, an advanced learning and community platform for progressive administrative professionals. A first-generation college graduate, she received the WINGS YMCA Award for servant leadership and supporting women in the workplace.

Nunan earned the Entrepreneurs for North Texas North Star Award as the chairperson of Freedom Day. With a background in sales and marketing, including roles at Epsilon, Royal Caribbean, and D CEO magazine, she began her entrepreneurial journey as founder of Core24, which she ran for nine years.
