ABOUT
Stacy Spann is the head of housing access and affordability philanthropy for the Wells Fargo Foundation, one of the largest corporate foundations in the United States. He serves on the boards of the D.C. Policy Center and the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). With more than 25 years of experience, he focuses on strengthening marginalized communities and fostering generational wealth.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Spann was president and CEO of MidCity Financial, managing an $800 million portfolio and expanding its real estate development. Previously, as the executive director of the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, he led the development of more than 2,000 residential units and received national recognition for his mixed-income housing approach.
