Roxanne Gardner, a real estate professional with a deep commitment to community investment and impactful development, is a managing partner with T.D. Jakes Real Estate Ventures (TDJREV). During her career, she has led the creation, management, and/or brokerage of millions of square feet of real estate, with a focus on bringing goods and services to underrepresented areas and grocery resources to food deserts.

Gardner has represented and/or developed real estate projects for major brands including Aldi, Albertsons, Starbucks, and Lurie Children’s Memorial Hospital. She is a community builder with a heart for creating spaces that enrich lives and neighborhoods.
