ABOUT

Raashid Brown, executive director of safety and security for The Potter’s House of Dallas and
T.D. Jakes Ministries, has more than a decade of experience in public safety. Beginning his career
in law enforcement, he developed his expertise at both the Kansas City and Dallas police
academies, further refined through roles at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Dallas
Police Department.

Brown possesses a deep knowledge of security management, risk assessment, and mitigation,
excelling in leading complex security operations. His leadership style is transformative, and his
ability to work with stakeholders has earned him respect in the public safety sector. He remains
