Latosha Herron Bruff is the senior vice president of diversity, inclusion, and community engagement at the Dallas Regional Chamber. She has more than 20 years of experience advocating for underrepresented communities and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion for all people.

Previously, Herron Bruff spent a decade at Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, working to improve life quality in diverse communities across southern Dallas County. Under her leadership, the organization became a HUD-certified counseling agency focused on affordable housing opportunities and financial education. As vice president of government relations and public affairs, she influenced housing policy across all government levels.
