As the head of diverse segments, representation, and inclusion at Wells Fargo, Kristy Fercho leads initiatives to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion across the company. Tasked with driving marketplace and workplace outcomes, she focuses on developing products and services for underserved communities. She initially joined the company in 2020 as the head of Wells Fargo Home Lending and is a member of the Wells Fargo Operating Committee. With an extensive background in the mortgage industry, she previously served as president of the mortgage division at Flagstar Bank.
Recognized as one of American Banker’s “Most Powerful Women to Watch” in 2022 and 2021, Fercho actively contributes to industry initiatives and serves on the boards of organizations such as the National Urban League and Opens Doors Foundation.
