Gromer Jeffers is the political writer for the Dallas Morning News. A Howard University graduate and Chicago native, he has covered five presidential campaigns and written extensively about local, state, and national politics. Before his current position, Jeffers was a reporter at the Kansas City Star and the Chicago Defender. He is co-host of the television news show, “Lone Star Politics.”
