Cynt Marshall, the dynamic CEO of the Dallas Mavericks, has a 36-year career advocating for diversity and inclusion. Prior to her role at the Mavs, she founded Marshalling Resources, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development and culture transformation. During her tenure as SVP of human resources and chief diversity at AT&T, she led initiatives that placed the company on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list.

Marshall also made history as the first African American chair of the North Carolina State Chamber of Commerce. Recognized for her visionary leadership, she has received numerous awards, including Forbes naming her one of the world’s most inspiring female leaders in 2021.
