As the former senior pastor of Calvary Revival Church in Norfolk, VA, Courtney spent 35 years pioneering initiatives that changed lives. Now, through his global work as a mentor, coach, and consultant, he guides individuals and organizations to embrace innovative strategies and create meaningful impact. His education, which includes degrees from Regent University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the University of Oxford, provides a strong foundation for his work.

Currently serving as the President of Virginia Christian College, he is preparing students through biblical principles, spiritual discipline, and practical knowledge for impactful service in both ministry and marketplace.
