Aisha Bowe, a former NASA rocket scientist and current CEO of STEMBoard, is set to make history as the first African American woman to fly into space with Blue Origin. An influential figure in the STEM field, she is recognized by Inc. 5000 as a leader of one of America’s fastest-growing companies. She has made significant contributions to space exploration and education, raising nearly $2 million in venture capital for LINGO, a self-paced coding kit fostering technical learning at home.

Bowe’s inspiring journey from community college to space has been shared globally, including through the documentary “In Her Element.” Bowe holds degrees in aerospace and space systems engineering from the University of Michigan and has endowed an engineering scholarship.
