A.R. Bernard is the founding senior pastor of Christian Cultural Center (CCC) in Brooklyn, New York, where he oversees more than 40,000 members across multiple campuses and virtual platforms. Prior to establishing the CCC in 1978, Bernard had a successful 10-year career in finance. A preeminent thought leader, he frequently contributes to various media outlets and has launched ARBTV — a digital platform exploring the intersection of faith, culture, and media.

He is also the author of two books focused on personal transformation. A committed Civil Rights activist, Bernard collaborates with faith leaders worldwide to advocate for religious freedom and social justice. He currently serves as the president of the Commission of Religious Leaders of New York City. Under his leadership, the newly established New School of Biblical Theology at CCC offers master’s degrees and is pursuing full accreditation.
